Show Planning
By listening to your needs and ideas for a display, we can tailor a solution to suit your requirements and budget. We will gladly meet with you to discuss and offer suggestions to achieve your goal. To assist you further, our graphic department can provide you with a computer generated rendering of a booth design which can be adjusted as ideas flow.
Complete Service Package
Our involvement can be either simple or complex, depending on your needs. It can range from "just provide us with a basic display- right up to the complete show package". You provide us the show information and we look after everything else - carpet, electrical, special services and delivery of your product to the display booth. Your reps arrive to a display and after the show walk away while we do the rest.
Installation & Dismantling
Your main focus at a trade show should be to Sell Sell Sell... not organizing the setup and logistics of your booth. Let Trade Show Displays deliver and set up your booth. This allows you to focus on the important aspects of your show. Just tell us where and when your want your booth setup. Our experienced professional installation staff will ensure that it is set up on time, complete to your specification.
Graphics
Graphics are fundamental to getting your image and message out to your clients. Trade Show Displays produces graphics and banners in-house. Should you require computer design services we can perform that service in-house. We have the equipment and professional staff to meet several key criteria:
- PUNCTUALALITY: having in-house graphics facilities and expert staff ensures that deadlines are met.
- DUARABLITY: Unlike "office graphics", trade show graphics and signs will be handled and abused many times. Trade Show Displays produces graphics and banners to ensure multiple uses.
- CREATIVITY: our art department will tailor a layout and make your image and brand "Pop" ahead of your competition's
- QUALITY: Graphics are produced in-house using industry state of the art systems, software and our huge 6 colour printer. Our staff ensures quality control by thoroughly checking your graphics and banners and checking them again.
Manufacturing
Trade Show Displays has our own in-house manufacturing facility to construct almost any aspect of your trade show booth or exhibit.
- We are the designer and producer of the GO panel system.
- For pop-up displays, we bring in the frames only. All graphic and fabric panels are produced internally, ensuring both quality and a fast turn-around.
- Flexibility allows us to use the same facilities to manufacture your custom display requirements.
Refurbish Existing Displays
Is your display booth damaged or looking tired? We can bring back to life most exhibits, even if they were not ours initially. Whether straightforward repairs or re-facing the exterior, or rejuvenating with new graphic treatments are required Trade Show Displays will asses your requirements and solve your old exhibit troubles. Perhaps the only component you require is that your existing booth is in need of a new selling message or graphic, Trade Show Displays can ensure your sales messages stay current.
Rental of booths and accessories
Let us assess your booth requirements. Purchasing a booth is not the only solution we offer. Consider renting your display booth or accessories if you only plan to do a limited number of shows, or are working with a tight budget. We carry a large inventory of rental items - pop up displays, Go modular panel booths and accessories.
Booth management
We have the facilities to inventory and store your display at Trade Show Displays' warehouse and ship it out on time, as you require. Upon return, we set the display up to inspect the booth's wear and tear and report back to you on its condition. Your display will always be in good working order and ready for the next show. Our custom client inventory ordering and tracking system allows for every component to be easily ordered through Trade Show Displays and delivered to any trade show across North America. Your trade show inventory, booth components and trade show literature can be added to our on-line ordering system. Reps across the country can call up their requirements on the internet.
Financing
Trade Show Displays also offers competitive financing options should you require it. When purchasing a booth, the display can be leased with an optional buy back at the end of the term.
Customer Service
Quality and Customer Service is ensured through every process we perform. Upon completion of your booth construction, the new booth is staged at our Trade Show Displays' facility for the customer to view and to confirm that the final product has been completed to our standards. To ensure you become familiar with your new booth we dismantle and pack up the display with you, as a training exercise.
